Our RV Storage Highlights
Additional Information:
- Our leases commence October 1 of each year, and are annual renewal (i.e. twelve month leases). Those leases not signed with an October 1 commencement will be prorated for the remainder of the annual lease period. For example: a lease signed May 1st will be prorated to September 30 as 153 days of a 365 day year.
- There will be a VERY LIMITED number of winter-only storage spaces (2-3) this year. These storage spaces will not have entry to the building until after 10/1, and your RV must be removed from the facility by 4/30. Winter-only spaces will be in the middle aisle of the facility, and will be on a first-come basis.
- Leases will be based on the square footage of space taken up by your RV, including the trailer tongue, if a travel trailer. For example, a 21’ travel trailer that is 8’ wide might measure as 3’ tongue + 21’ trailer body, for a total of 24' x 8' = 192 sq/ft.
- We have a minimum storage rate of $500.
- For the protection of tenant property, the facility will be double-locked from December 1 of each fall to April 1 of each spring, unless unseasonable weather allows for late/early camping and boating. Our indoor storage facility is geared toward RVers who do not have plans to camp during the winter months.
- This is a dry camp storage facility (i.e. we do not offer electrical, sanitary, or potable hookups during storage).
- Store your Class B, small Class C, or small pull behind trailer year-round. We can accommodate most large RV's (up to 11'4" height) for winter-only indoor storage.
