Our Boat Storage Highlights

- Our leases commence October 1 of each year, and are annual renewal (i.e. twelve month leases). Those leases not signed with an October 1 commencement will be prorated for the remainder of the annual lease period. For example: a lease signed May 1st will be prorated to September 30 as 153 days of a 365 day year.
- There will be a VERY LIMITED number of winter-only storage spaces (2-3) this year. These storage spaces will not have entry to the building until after 10/1, and your boat must be removed from the facility by 4/30. Winter-only spaces will be in the middle aisle of the facility, and will be on a first-come basis.
- Leases will be based on the square footage of space taken up by your boat, including the trailer tongue, frame rails of the trailer (if they extend beyond your beam), and motor/outdrive. For example, an 18’ boat that is 7’ wide might measure as 3’ tongue + 18’ boat + 2’ outdrive, for a total of 23 x 7 = 161 sq/ft.
- We have a minimum storage rate of $500.
- For the protection of tenant property, the facility will be double-locked from December 1 of each fall to April 1 of each spring, unless unseasonable weather allows for late/early boating.
- This is a dry storage facility (i.e. we do not offer electrical hookups during storage).
- We are located on the shores of Lake Winnebago, between the Fugleberg Boat Launch (one block to the north) and the 24th Avenue Boat Launch (one block to the south).
